There is a revised “Addendum sheet” purchasers’ attention is drawn to clauses 3 & 4 which have been amended to read as follows:Copies of a number of sworn Statutory Declarations, are also available from the Auctioneer's website under "Notices.3. The Seller has no information relating to who uses the garages what is stored in the garages and how often they are accessed.4. There has been ongoing dialogue over a period of a number of years between the Seller and various parties, including the owner of 361 Park Road, relating to the exercise of rights of way over the accessway and other rights. Copies of a number of sworn Statutory Declarations in the Council’s possession relating to such rights have been made available but the Seller is not in a position to confirm whether it is in possession of all relevant information and/or whether all relevant information has been disclosed.
