Our March auction brings you a catalogue of over 300 lots, offering exciting opportunities throughout the UK. This sale includes a huge array of stock from potential holiday homes in Perranporth (Lot 87) or perhaps a home with a retail unit attached that could be converted to a holiday let (stpp) in Bideford (Lot 89). Both lots offer huge potential, with now being a great time to purchase and carry out a refurbishment project in time for the summer.
Whether you are looking to buy for your own occupation, an investment opportunity or development project there are plenty of lots available for all, regardless of whether you are a seasoned property expert, or this auction happens to be your first encounter with the exciting process of buying at auction.

Of course, in addition to that, when bidding at our auction you have the unique opportunity to come along and attend the sale in-person, something that no other national auctioneer is offering. Last month our room was packed full of bidders who don’t want to bid remotely via an online portal but want to see the competition face to face and also take advantage of our expert staff who can help with any last minute enquiries – there really is no better way than to bid in-person.
We also keep the auction flowing so if you are waiting for your lot to come up you won’t be faced with tedious extensions to bidding that invariably happens with online only sales. We are experienced auctioneers, know how to pace the auction and of course in the room, you can see others competing for the lots offered before the one of your choice comes up. So come along to the auction, it’s the best way to bid and in fact, our data shows that the majority of successful bidders are the ones who attend the sale.
If you can’t make it to the auction you can bid by phone and of course, if you want to bid online that route is also available to you but please make sure you complete your bidder registration early, don’t leave it until the deadline of Monday 11th March as you may just miss out.
