Introducing our 16th November Auction Sale
This is our penultimate auction catalogue for 2022 with one further sale after this blockbuster auction, the last sale of the year will be held on 20th December.
You have probably noticed this is one of our largest auctions ever and there are a few points to note. Firstly yes, all the lots will be offered in a live auction on 16th November and because we are unique as national auctioneers offering a venue sale also with the option to bid remotely, we can regulate the auction and bidding to suit each lot rather than purely relying on a timer set by a computer programme. The other most important factor to note is that whilst as we launch this auction there are some 430 lots, by the time we get to the auction itself, a lot of these lots will have already sold beforehand.
We have keen motivated clients. Some of whom are reducing their gearing, some retiring, others selling assets surplus to their requirements and some that simply have to sell. This means that more than ever before, they will listen to offers before the auction and deals can be done, in fact over 80 lots were dealt with before our October sale so, if you are interested in a lot, as long as you are in a position to exchange contracts immediately (just as if you would on the fall of the gavel in the auction room), why not try a bid before the auction!
You may be reading this introduction and the catalogue in its printed form rather than online. Whilst we are one of the few national auctioneers that produce a printed catalogue, from this web site you will not only get the most up to date information about availability of lots, changes to guide prices but most importantly, we can display more images on the web than a printed catalogue, provide you links to video and virtual tours and it is only from our web site that you can download legal packs and get automated updates about any particular lot you press the save button on.

In fact our data over the last 12 months shows that the most successful bidders at our multi-format auctions are those who attend the sale rather than bidding remotely. But, before you come to the sale and bid, please make sure you have carried out all your due diligence and in particular, arranged for your solicitor or conveyancer to advise you on the contents of the legal pack, special conditions of sale and any other matters, don’t forget, you are bidding to buy and have exchanged a legally binding contract immediately on the fall of our gavel.
